{"id":3974,"date":"2021-10-26T11:42:07","date_gmt":"2021-10-26T09:42:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.isblue.fr\/?post_type=cpt_evenements&#038;p=3974"},"modified":"2021-10-26T12:04:09","modified_gmt":"2021-10-26T10:04:09","slug":"6th-ebame-workshop-on-computational-microbial-ecogenomics-25th-october-05th-november","status":"publish","type":"cpt_evenements","link":"https:\/\/isblue.fr\/en\/all-events\/6th-ebame-workshop-on-computational-microbial-ecogenomics-25th-october-05th-november\/","title":{"rendered":"6th EBAME Workshop on Computational Microbial Ecogenomics &#8211; 25th October\/05th November"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The 6th EBAME workshop, funded by ISblue under the <strong>call for projects<\/strong><\/strong> <strong>Workshop 2019 , will focus on computational microbial ecogenomics and takes place from 25 October to 5 November 2021 at IUEM in Plouzan\u00e9.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Microbial Ecology is undergoing rapid evolution and dramatic progresses thanks to the combined advances in next-generation DNA sequencing technologies and computational approaches for data analysis and visualization. As a result,\u2018microbial ecogenomics\u2019 has become an essential part of investigations of marine or terrestrial habitats, or host-microbe interactions. The aim of the EBAME workshop is to bring together researchers who generate complex \u2018omics datasets to investigate biologically significant questions with researchers who develop new ways to analyze complex datasets.<br><br>The workshop will have lectures on new methods and their applications on real-world datasets, and&nbsp;
