The first session of the new Mutualised Interdisciplinary Projects Teaching Unit (UE PIM) took place from 3 to 6 January 2023 at the IUEM, the PNBI and the UBO Open Factory, bringing together 200 master’s students from the ISblue programme and 12 courses from 3 higher education establishments (UBO, UBS Lorient and Vannes and ENSTA Bretagne).<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

These new training modules are an opportunity to bring together all ISblue Masters students<\/a> for joint periods (January and\/or June) to work on cross-disciplinary themes and develop their ‘soft skills’. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this first session, students were able to choose a module from 12 project proposals supervised by teacher-researchers<\/strong> on topics such as climate change, the energy transition, island mobility, marine spatial planning, atmospheric pollution, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This PIM teaching unit gives students the opportunity to develop their analytical abilities and creativity on new subjects, to discover new tools, and to work on their professional posture, collaboration and adaptability by working in groups on micro-projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this first edition, the students and their teachers particularly appreciated the interaction and encounters within the various Masters courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We look forward to the second edition of the PIM, to be held from 26 to 30 June 2023, with new students.<\/p>\n\n\n
