This programme focused on reflecting on personal and professional skills, helping participants better understand their career paths and refine their professional aspirations.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They were also supported throughout the week by Ludovic Bougis (LBO Conseils) during several sessions of improvisation, active listening and public speaking exercises. In addition, they practised through simulated individual interviews with human resources professionals: Anne-Sophie Podeur and Christine Le Carr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the week, students produced a poster and a video to share their experience with their peers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>From 6 to 10 January 2025, twelve students took part in the <strong>REFLEX\u2019 PIM<\/strong>, supervised by <a href=\"https:\/\/www-iuem.univ-brest.fr\/equipe\/ruault_riwalenn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Riwalenn Ruault<\/a> (ISblue\/UBO) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www-iuem.univ-brest.fr\/lemar\/equipe\/charrier_gregory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gr\u00e9gory Charrier<\/a> (LEMAR\/UBO). Over the course of a week, this PIM offered a dedicated space for reflecting on personal and professional skills, helping participants to better understand their career paths and refine their professional aspirations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The REFLEX\u2019 workshop began with a fundamental question: \u201cWhat are my skills?\u201d A seemingly simple question, but crucial for navigating the job market with confidence.
