From 6 to 10 January 2025, twenty students had the opportunity to take part in the INC\u2019HUB PIM<\/strong>, immersing themselves in the world of socially and environmentally positive entrepreneurship. Organised by Jos\u00e9phine Corre<\/a> (ISblue HUB<\/a>) and Benjamin Rolland (Enactus Organisations)<\/a>, this workshop aimed to introduce participants to project management methods and the challenges of impact-driven entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The PIM began with creativity workshops and ideation exercises, enabling students to define projects on topics they were passionate about, aligned with their own values. Using the Design Thinking<\/strong> method, participants learned to structure their ideas, work collaboratively, and iterate their proposals through field tests and prototyping workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the week, key tools were explored, including the Social Business Model Canvas<\/strong>, concepts of circular economy, and tools for measuring environmental and social impact. Students also gained an introduction to intellectual property fundamentals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several groups developed projects related to the protection and enhancement of the ocean, tackling various challenges. These projects were enriched by learning pitching techniques, helping each participant develop oral communication skills and the ability to defend their ideas.
