The “PIM” or Mutualised Interdisciplinary Projects teaching unit allows students to explore complex, cross-disciplinary issues by offering active, collaborative learning formats, thanks to the synergy between students from the various ISblue programmes at UBO and UBS, and from partner engineering schools (ENSTA Bretagne, IMT Atlantique, ENIB, Ecole Navale).
The aim is to strengthen the professionalisation of students from all disciplines by developing their cross-disciplinary professional skills and applying them to collaborative research and innovation micro-projects.
This learning and experimentation environment gives students a better understanding of the socio-professional context, interdisciplinarity and the value of their expertise and knowledge. Since January 2023, this teaching unit has taken place over a full 5-day week in January and June of each year.
