From 6 to 10 January 2025, twelve students took part in the REFLEX’ PIM, supervised by Riwalenn Ruault (ISblue/UBO) and Grégory Charrier (LEMAR/UBO). Over the course of a week, this PIM offered a dedicated space for reflecting on personal and professional skills, helping participants to better understand their career paths and refine their professional aspirations.
The REFLEX’ workshop began with a fundamental question: “What are my skills?” A seemingly simple question, but crucial for navigating the job market with confidence. Through a combination of interactive workshops and introspective exercises, students were guided to:
Participants experienced a varied and dynamic approach, alternating between individual and collective reflection:
They were also occasionally supported by Ludovic Bougis (LBO Conseils) in sessions on improvisation, listening, and eloquence, and had the opportunity to practise in mock one-to-one interviews with HR professionals.
At the end of the week, they produced a “tutorial” video advising their peers on which skills to highlight during job interviews.
