Jody Kimberley Grollier, student in Master 2 Expertise and Management of the Coastal Environment, has completed a 6-month internship in the LETG-Brest laboratory.
“Last March, I joined the LIMITES research project within the LETG-Brest laboratory. The ISblue internship gratification allowed me to launch a first exploratory study on the issue of the delimitation and marking of marine protected areas (by marking, signage etc.), and beyond that, to address the implications of these management decisions in terms of communication with users. In this context, I was able to discuss with the main stakeholders in the protection of the coastal and marine environment in France: natural marine parks, national nature reserves, sites of the Conservatoire du littoral and the Natura 2000 network.
