INC’HUB PIM: Leading a “Blue” Project from A to Z and Discovering Socially and Environmentally Positive Entrepreneurship

2026

Following the success of the 2025 edition, 20 students once again had the opportunity to take part in the INC’HUB PIM from 5 to 9 January 2026, supported by the team from Enactus France. This project immersed participants in the world of social and environmental impact entrepreneurship.

This year, four projects emerged from this week of innovation:

  • A race in Vannes raising awareness of sea-level rise: “Le niveau monte, courez”
  • A marketplace bringing together ocean-friendly cosmetic products: “Safe Oceans”
  • A playful educational trail at Le Moulin Blanc to raise awareness of coastal waste: “Nettoie ta coquille”
  • “Whale Being”, focused on cetacean detection by ships to prevent collisions

2025

From 6 to 10 January 2025, twenty students had the opportunity to take part in the INC’HUB PIM, immersing themselves in the world of socially and environmentally positive entrepreneurship. Organised by Joséphine Corre (ISblue HUB) and Benjamin Rolland (Enactus Organisations), this workshop aimed to introduce participants to project management methods and the challenges of impact-driven entrepreneurship.

The PIM began with creativity workshops and ideation exercises, enabling students to define projects on topics they were passionate about, aligned with their own values. Using the Design Thinking method, participants learned to structure their ideas, work collaboratively, and iterate their proposals through field tests and prototyping workshops.

During the week, key tools were explored, including the Social Business Model Canvas, concepts of circular economy, and tools for measuring environmental and social impact. Students also gained an introduction to intellectual property fundamentals.

Several groups developed projects related to the protection and enhancement of the ocean, tackling various challenges. These projects were enriched by learning pitching techniques, helping each participant develop oral communication skills and the ability to defend their ideas. The four groups presented their projects to a panel of professionals:

  • Carole Osmond, Pépite Bretagne – Student Hub for Innovation, Transfer, and Entrepreneurship
  • Jordan Hartunians, biotechnology entrepreneur
  • Mathieu Regnauld, ISblue
  • Benjamin Rolland, Enactus

Beyond technical and methodological knowledge, the PIM emphasised essential soft skills: creativity, openness to feedback, and collaborative work. Students left the workshop with enhanced capacity to deliver viable projects while integrating social and environmental considerations into their initiatives.
