Spaces and Maritime Activities Law

Overview

To train lawyers specialising in the law of the sea, the coastline and maritime activities.

These professionals will be able to detect, analyse and deal with legal problems relating to the regimes of maritime spaces and the various activities of the maritime world (ports, transport, insurance, fishing, etc.).

This Masters is part of the Masters in Marine and Coastal Sciences of the Institut Universitaire Européen de la Mer (IUEM). However, most of the teaching takes place on the site of the UFR Droit, a component of the Université de Bretagne Occidentale (UBO).
